Bolted Rung Ladder Type Cable Tray Manufacturer and Supplier
Bolted Type Ladder Cable Trays are designed to transport electrical and power cables and are known for their durability, longevity, and having the quality of corrosion resistance.
How does a bolted rung tray differ from a welded one?
The rungs are bolted to the side rails instead of being welded. That means rung spacing can be adjusted at site to suit the actual cable layout, and a damaged rung can be replaced without cutting into the run.
When is bolted rung construction the better choice?
It suits installations where the cable schedule may change, where the tray is erected in phases, or where maintenance access matters more than the slightly lower cost of a welded tray.
What materials and sizes are available?
Mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, 1000 mm to 3000 mm long, 150 mm to 2000 mm wide, 40 mm to 150 mm high and 1.2 mm to 3 mm thick, in light, medium and heavy duty.
Is the galvanizing affected by the bolted joints?
Hot dip galvanizing is applied after fabrication so the coating covers the components fully. Where rungs are repositioned on site, use galvanized fasteners and touch up as required to keep the protection continuous.
